As a car painter and pre-treatment you are responsible for repairing the bodywork, sanding it and finally spraying it. We work with high-quality vehicles and materials, so the highest quality standards are required so that the vehicles leave our factory in impeccable condition.

Offer

Weekly working hours: 38 hours
Shift work: 8:00-17:00
Hourly salary: € 15.90
Possibility of overtime for additional income
No work on weekends, ensuring a healthy work-life balance

Responsibilities

Vehicle Preparation: Perform prep tasks such as filling, sanding and masking to ensure a smooth surface and clean lines for spraying.
General and Partial Painting: The application of paint to both entire vehicle surfaces and specific parts or areas, carefully matching the colors to achieve a flawless finish.
Surface Patching: Expertly patching and repairing surfaces to correct imperfections such as scratches, fading or irregularities in the bodywork.
Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintaining and caring for all painting equipment and tools to ensure optimum performance and long life.
Collaboration: Working with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

About the company

The company is a family business with over 40 years of experience in spraying and repairing Super Brand cars. And is located in the area of ​​Gemert, a 15/20 minute drive from our office.

Minimum requirements:

EU passport or Dutch identity

Good English
Several years of experience in spraying and repairing cars
Ability to work effectively, both in a team and independently
Strong motivation and dedication to work, with a commitment to long-term employment
Possession of an academic degree or relevant studies in the automotive sector is a plus
A valid driver's license is a plus
