You will be responsible for installing insulation panels using tools such as a torch and thermal mesh. The role involves technical precision, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards. Offer

• Salary: €16.82 per hour/gross
• Full-time employment: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:45 am - 5:00 pm (45-minute break)
• Transportation expenses covered by the company
• Extra pay for overtime and holidays
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday pay

Responsibilities
As an insulation worker, you will:

• Prepare the work area, including cleaning and securing roof surfaces
• Install insulation materials using appropriate techniques, such as securing mesh with a torch
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment used on the job
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace regulations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and high-quality results

What is expected of you?

• Previous experience in insulation installation on roofs or similar jobs
• Valid VCA certification
• Technical skills and ability to read work drawings
• Reasonable physical fitness for standing and moving throughout the day
• Valid driver's license (B) preferred but not mandatory
• European passport or valid work permit in the Netherlands
• English level B1 or more
• Mandatory safety boots
