As an Automotive Painter and Repair Technician, you will be responsible for painting and repairing high-end vehicles to the highest quality standards,  ensuring they leave our facility in impeccable condition.

Offer

• Weekly work hours: 38 hours
• Shift: 8:00-17:00
• Hourly salary: €15.90
• Possibility of overtime work for additional income
• No work on weekends, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
• Long-term position

Responsabilities

• Vehicle Preparation: Performing preparatory tasks such as filling, sanding, and masking to ensure a smooth surface and clean lines for painting.
• General and Partial Painting: Applying paint to both entire vehicle surfaces and specific parts or areas, meticulously matching colors to achieve a flawless finish.
• Surface Patching: Skillfully patching and repairing surfaces to rectify imperfections such as scratches, fading, or irregularities in the bodywork.
• Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintaining and caring for all painting equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaboration: Working collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

About the company

The company is a family business with more than 40 years of experience in painting and repairing Super Brand cars. And is located in area of Gemert, it's a 15/20 minute drive from our office.

Minimum Requirements:

• EU passport or Dutch citizenship
• Good English
• Several years of experience in automotive painting and repair
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
• Strong motivation and dedication to the job, with a commitment to long-term employment
• Possession of an academic degree or relevant studies in the automotive field is a plus
• A valid driver's license is an advantage
